Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is technique used in therapy to  helps people see the difference between thoughts, beliefs, and behavior. Through analyzing ones thoughts, we can better understand their feelings (ie, depression, anxiety, fear) and as result understand their behavior.  With this techniques, I focus on your perception of events – rather than the events themselves – and analyze your response.

I believe that trough CBT, you. can change your thoughts that directly influence your emotions and based on your new perception, you can have a different perspective. This adjustment process is referred to as cognitive reconstructing, which happens through different CBT techniques.

If you need further information, I would be happy to speak with you about how I may be able to help.
